As an intern (f/m/d) in the Customer Relations & Digital Support team at Porsche Digital, you will support the development of intelligent, scalable solutions for digital customer service. Together with you, we want to take Porsche's support landscape to the next level. You will help design and implement future-oriented support solutions that improve both internal processes and the digital customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting idea generation and the structured documentation of results
Supporting development activities and conducting pilot projects from conception to implementation
Creating online whiteboards, mockups, architecture diagrams, and prototypes (depending on your knowledge level and project requirements) to illustrate solution approaches and convince relevant stakeholders
Supporting research activities to confirm business ideas and technical decisions
Requirements
Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in software development, business informatics, or a comparable field
Initial experience with API management systems
Interest or knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence
High degree of initiative and motivation
High willingness to learn and quick comprehension
Hands-on mentality with a conscientious and structured approach
Open-mindedness and desire to work in an international, fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Fluent German and English language skills
Solid knowledge of common office software (MS Office, JIRA, Confluence)
Independent work, efficient time management, and task prioritization
